Our terms and conditions are detailed below to inform our customers about the agreement they are entering into when purchasing with Milk + Ginger Limited online and instore. By placing an order you are agreeing to all our terms & conditions.
We reserve the right to change any information on the Milk + Ginger website at any time.
Milk + Ginger Limited is based in New Zealand. All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand law.
Product Pricing
All of our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (15% Goods and Services Tax).
Our pricing is generally inline with the recommended retail price for the brands we support and love.
The prices listed online are exclusive of delivery.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash (in store only)
- Instore Gift Card (redeemable in store only)
- VISA
- Mastercard
- Afterpay
We do not accept Amex or Diners cards.

Payments online are processed by Shopify Payments in partnership with Stripe. Shopify and Stripe systems are mainly located within the United States, however data may be processed either within or outside of the United States. Card details are not stored with Shopify Payments.
Once a payment has been processed successfully, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address as provided by the customer details at the time of purchase. Orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.
Product Availability
We are a busy brick and mortar store and on the odd occasion, we may have a situation where an item was purchased in the store immediately prior to a finalised sale coming through online. We hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know about the overlap. In this instance we can arrange to refund you.
